We are more than just flavour.

Come and join us in our new beautiful, state of the art manufacturing base at Galway City Distillery, in the heart of Galway City for an Apothecary Folklore & Tasting Experience.

We’ll explain what we do and how we do it and our process of working with the phases of the moon.

You’ll learn the difference between our Drops; Bitters and Syrups and will be offered examples, smells and tastes of each.

We will then tell you how you can use these practically for Cocktail, Drink & Culinary purposes.

You’ll learn about America Village and the mythology and folklore of our main base and why it is named 'America Village'.

We will tell you a little about the landscape and about some of the plants that grow there and you’ll be given the opportunity to immerse your senses in some of the scents and flavours of Baile Mheiriceá and Connemara..

You will end the experience with one of our Signature serves, either alcohol based or not depending on your preference in the beautiful surrounds of Galway’s brand new distillery, cafe, school and bar.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests can cancel up to 7 days before the Experience start time for a full refund.

Location

The Experience takes place in the beautiful new Galway City Distillery, 1-3 Merchants Road, Galway City. H91 AT0V

Max 16 persons per Experience. If you have a larger group, or would prefer a private tour, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
The minimum age to consume alcohol in Ireland is 18, and proof of age may be requested.
Children over 12 will be admitted, but must be paid for and accompanied by an adult.
Covid 19 Policy: In line with Irish Government restrictions, you no longer need a vaccination or recovery certificate to access hospitality or indoor activities, and social distancing and masks are no longer required in these settings. However, we are committed to protecting the health of all our guests, and you are welcome to wear a mask if you prefer.
